It has veggies like broccoli, cauliflower and carrots that are filling, healthy and detoxifying. Quick to make, this recipe yields one flavorful bowl of veggies you’ll want to have again.

- 2 heads Broccoli
- 1 large head Cauliflower
- 3 large Carrots
- 1/2 cup Fresh Parsley
- 1/4 cup Pumpkin Seeds
- 1/2 cup Raisins
- 1/2 teaspoon Lemon Juice
- Salt and Black Pepper, to taste
Procedure for making Detox Salad
- Add the cauliflower, broccoli and carrots into a food processor and pulse until you have a nice consistency. Do this in small batches if needed.
Note: You may use this food processor.
- Put the grated veggies in a large bowl add all other ingredients. Mix well.
- Then put the salad in the refrigerator for a few hours to enhance the flavors.
