Energy Blast Smoothie

For all those who wish to kick start their day with a burst of energy. When you want to have something filling and healthy but don’t wanna stick to the usual bowl of cereal or oatmeal, whip up yourself an Energy Blast. This adaption of Crazy Healthy Smoothie by is sure to lift you up on a lazy morning!

  • 1 ripe Banana
  • 1 Carrot, peeled 
  • 1 small Beetroot, peeled
  • 2 Dates, pitted
  • 1/4 cup  Walnuts (or any other nuts)
  • 1 cup Frozen fruits
  • 1 cup Almond milk

Procedure for making Energy Blast Smoothie

  1. Place all the ingredients in a high powered blender and blend until smooth. Add more milk if needed to reach desired consistency. You can use regular milk if almond milk is not available.

Note: You may use this blender.
