Mango-Avocado Smoothie

I can never have enough smoothies. They’re quick-make, delicious and healthy! Everyone should have smoothies to boost their immune system and give their taste buds a nice change. Here’s another one that’s sure to put you in a fresh mood.


  • Mango                             1
  • Bananas                           2
  • Avocado                          1/2
  • Ginger                             1 teaspoon
  • Milk                                 1 cup + more as needed
  • Salt                                  Pinch
  • Honey                              1 tablespoon
  • Fresh lime juice                1/3 teaspoon

Equipment Needed

  • Blender


  1. Peel and chop mango, bananas and avocado and toss them into the blender.
  2. Add everything else and blend until smooth.
  3. If the smoothie turns out to be too thick, add some more milk and blend again.
  4. Refrigerate until serving or add some crushed ice in a glass and pour the smoothie on top. Serve!
