
I can never have enough smoothies. They’re quick-make, delicious and healthy! Everyone should have smoothies to boost their immune system and give their taste buds a nice change. Here’s another one that’s sure to put you in a fresh mood.
Ingredients
- Mango 1
- Bananas 2
- Avocado 1/2
- Ginger 1 teaspoon
- Milk 1 cup + more as needed
- Salt Pinch
- Honey 1 tablespoon
- Fresh lime juice 1/3 teaspoon
Equipment Needed
- Blender
Procedure
- Peel and chop mango, bananas and avocado and toss them into the blender.
- Add everything else and blend until smooth.
- If the smoothie turns out to be too thick, add some more milk and blend again.
- Refrigerate until serving or add some crushed ice in a glass and pour the smoothie on top. Serve!
